Hellman v. Anderson

Fred Hellman (plaintiff) obtained a judgment against John Anderson (defendant), who did not pay. Anderson was one of two partners in Ranch Murietta Investors (the other being Eric Tallstrom). Hellman sought a court-ordered foreclosure sale of Anderson's partnership interest because the partnership was then unprofitable. The trial court ordered the sale without determining its effect on the partnership; Anderson appealed.
