Cancellation & Refunds

Last updated: July 7, 2026

We keep this simple: cancel anytime, keep access until your term ends, no refunds for partial terms. Lawwly is operated by Ngo Business Group LLC.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Open the billing portal, choose to cancel, and confirm — that’s it. No email or phone call required. Your cancellation is processed immediately, but your access continues until the end of the term you already paid for.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
  • You keep full access to the library until the end of your current billing term.
  • After that date, your account reverts to the free tier automatically.

Refund policy

We do not issue refunds for partial billing terms, unused time, or briefs you did not read. Because you keep access through the end of the term you paid for, canceling never forfeits time you’ve already bought.

Examples

  • Monthly plan: you subscribe on the 10th and cancel on the 20th. You are not charged on the next 10th, and you keep full access until then. No refund is issued for the remaining days.
  • Annual plan: you subscribe in September and cancel in December. You keep full access for the rest of the year through the following September, and you are not charged again. No prorated refund is issued for the unused months.
