Zuchowicz v. United States

Zuchowicz (plaintiff) was mistakenly dispensed twice the maximum recommended dosage of Danocrine at a Naval Hospital pharmacy and subsequently developed primary pulmonary hypertension; her expert, Dr. Matthay, testified the overdose caused the condition. She sued the United States for negligence.
