Walgreen Co. v. Sara Creek Property Co.

Walgreen (plaintiff) leased mall space from Sara Creek (defendant) under a clause barring leases to other pharmacies; when Sara Creek moved to replace a bankrupt tenant with Phar-Mor, a Walgreen competitor, Walgreen sought an injunction to block that lease for breach of the exclusivity clause, arguing money damages could not adequately measure its resulting harm.
