Officer Duncan set up an undercover drug buy using a hidden camera he installed himself, recording the date and time beforehand; though he could not personally observe the transaction, he saw the informant approach Wagner (defendant), and the camera recorded Wagner selling drugs to her. Duncan retained the tape until trial and testified to the camera's working condition; another witness identified Wagner on the tape.
