State ex rel. M.B.

M.B. (defendant), a minor, sat in the front passenger seat of an idling car while the adult driver, his relative, and a companion stole goods from a parked truck; police found burglary tools in the glove compartment and near M.B.'s seat (though not in plain view) and a stolen stereo with attached wiring in the trunk (out of M.B.'s sight), and the juvenile court found M.B. guilty of vehicular burglary, theft, unlawful possession of burglary tools, and receiving stolen property.
