Pratt v. Pratt

After divorcing amid Susanne Pratt's (plaintiff) ongoing narcotics dependency stemming from prescribed medication, the trial court awarded John Pratt (defendant) primary physical custody and Susanne only supervised visitation at least once every two weeks, but left the location and length of each visit entirely to John and the visitation supervisors' discretion; Susanne appealed both the decision to require supervised visitation at all and, alternatively, the open-ended structure of the visitation plan.
