Oasis West Realty, LLC v. Goldman

Attorney Goldman (defendant) represented Oasis West Realty (plaintiff) in successfully obtaining city council approval for a development project. Two years after the representation ended, Goldman publicly worked to overturn that approval-collecting signatures for a referendum and supporting the opposition-helping place the matter on the local ballot.
