NuStar Farms, LLC v. Zylstra

Attorney Stoller represented the Zylstras in various matters through early 2014, then began representing NuStar and, before terminating the Zylstra representation, sent emails pressing the Zylstras to sign a deed and threatening to pursue remedies on NuStar's behalf, only later informing them he would no longer represent them; he subsequently sued the Zylstras for NuStar, and the district court denied their disqualification motion.
