Whether a state's exercise of personal jurisdiction over a nonresident satisfies due process where there is a meaningful connection, with some degree of foreseeability, between the defendant's purposeful contacts with the state and the plaintiff's injury, and where the exercise of jurisdiction is otherwise reasonable considering the interests of the parties, the potential fora, and the administration of justice.
