Henderson v. Fisher

The Hendersons (plaintiffs) moved in to care for Mr. Baker, an elderly, blind friend, under a contract by which they would support him for life in exchange for a deed to his home (with Baker retaining a life estate). Baker died 18 days later, before executing the deed. The Hendersons filed a creditor's claim against his estate (defendant) seeking to enforce the promised conveyance.
