Equal Access Education v. Merten

After Virginia's Attorney General opined that illegal aliens should not be admitted to Virginia's public colleges, several institutions, including its most selective schools, adopted or continued policies denying admission to undocumented students; Equal Access Education and two undocumented high school students (plaintiffs) sued the colleges and universities (defendants), seeking to modify these admissions policies, and the defendants moved to dismiss.
