Commonwealth v. Azim

Azim (defendant) drove a car carrying Mylice James and Thomas Robinson, stopped near victim Jerry Tennenbaum, and waited in the vehicle while Robinson called Tennenbaum over and then, when Tennenbaum refused to approach, exited the car with James to rob and assault him; Azim drove the group away once the robbery was complete. Azim was convicted of conspiracy along with assault and robbery, and appealed, arguing the evidence supporting the conspiracy charge was insufficient.
