Carpenter v. The Double R Cattle Company, Inc.

The Carpenters (plaintiffs) sued their neighbor, Double R Cattle Company (Double R) (defendant), which operated a roughly 9,000-head cattle feedlot, alleging manure accumulation, insect infestation, odor, and groundwater pollution amounted to a nuisance; the trial court's jury found for Double R.
