Big Mack Trucking Co., Inc. v. Dickerson

Leday and Dickerson, both employees of Big Mack Trucking Company (defendant), were driving to the same destination and stopped at the same truck stop. Leday's truck, which had brake air-pressure problems, rolled forward and crushed Dickerson between the two trucks, killing him. At trial, witnesses recounted what Leday said, and Leday made statements to an investigating officer at the scene.

Whether the statements made by the witnesses and by Leday were inadmissible hearsay against the employer.
