Application of Robinson

Robinson (petitioner), paroled from an Oregon prison sentence to face separate charges in Nebraska, completed his Nebraska sentence and was released, unaware Oregon had revoked his parole; when Oregon later sought his extradition from Nevada, Robinson argued his compelled departure from Oregon precluded fugitive status, and that Oregon's earlier failure to reclaim him during intervening releases barred extradition under res judicata.
