Mildred Kingsmill's will created a trust paying income to Mayes Foeppel for life, with the principal to pass to the New York Association for the Blind on Foeppel's death. After Kingsmill died, Foeppel, the Association, and Kingsmill's heirs agreed to divide up the trust assets, but the executors and trustees refused to carry out that agreement.
