Adams v. Jankouskas

During her marriage to John Jankouskas (plaintiff), Stella Jankouskas (defendant) formed a corporation and bought an apartment building and a home, all funded by the couple's joint earnings. Stella died, leaving most of her estate to her niece and only a smaller portion to John. John petitioned for an equitable share of the properties acquired during the marriage.
