Adams v. Bullock

Adams (plaintiff), a 12-year-old boy, was injured by a trolley wire operated by Bullock (defendant). On a bridge, the trolley wires ran below a protective railing. Adams was swinging a wire he found, which happened to contact the trolley wires, causing his injury.
