Rhian Cull joins Goulston as a new director of real estate.

In a press release on April 2nd, 2020, Goulston & Storrs announced that Rhian Cull will be joining the firm’s Boston office as a director of the firm’s real estate group. 


Rhian has over 25 years of experience in complex procurement in the international construction industry and has a practice spanning the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, advising on national and international hospitality, financial, development, energy, water, and transportation clients. 


Rhian reportedly works with owners, contractors, designers, and operators on a wide variety of projects and disputes throughout the world, including contract negotiation and drafting, assistance with project administration and documentation, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution (both ADR and litigation). 


She also advocates for clients in resolving construction-related disputes in dispute resolution board, mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.

Rhian received her LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Cambridge in 1991, her LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Essex, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, London, and Hong Kong.
